Introduces mentor John Boyle and business partners, Stuart Mitchell and Paul Spacey. Describes the financial problems facing their football business, Fivez, and how they plan to overcome them.

05:04 – 08:12

John challenges Stuart and Paul's expansion plans, believing them to be unrealistic. He advises them to market their business with the aim of rolling it out across Scotland.

08:13 – 10:29

Stuart embarks on a marketing campaign, appears on local radio and attracts new customers.

10:30 – 11:50

Stuart wins an award for his charitable work. John warns him that he may be overstretching himself.

11:51 – 13:38

A shortage of football pitches causes a crisis. Stuart unsuccessfully tries to persuade local councils to rent him their unused pitches.

13.39 – 19:02

John and two associates help Stuart to improve his sales pitch and presentation. They tell him how to make a solid business case and reach the right people.

19:03 – 21:16

Stuart tests his new skills. He attends a local Labour Party meeting, presents his case, networks and is taken seriously.

21:17 – 23:51

Progress review. Stuart has implemented John's advice. Fivez has doubled in size. Stuart has better presentation skills, a clear strategic direction and is ready to expand across Scotland.
