Follows Oli through the busiest night of his career so far. He talks to hoteliers, attends a launch party and receives a business award for innovative marketing.

Outlines Oli's ambitious expansion plans for his company and explains why he intends to seek advice from an experienced consultant.

10:16 – 12:35

Oli meets business consultant George Swanson. They discuss Oli's expansion plans. Oli receives practical advice on how to get a foothold in the London market whilst maintaining the Glasgow end of the business.

12:36 – 14:20

Oli recruits new staff and reflects on how success and expansion affect the company's overheads and break-even point.

14:21 – 20:34

Oli travels to London to find new contracts and business leads. Several meetings and a visit to a trade fair reveal that he will have to prove himself in Scotland before he can penetrate the London market.

20:35 – 23:52

Oli talks things over with his family, reflects on events and tries to curb his impatience. He acts on George's advice, develops a business model and decides to expand into other Scottish locations before moving south.
