Introduces the tycoons and the business they're taking on.

03.47 – 06.16

Adam and Sarah meet David Mlynski who demonstrates the Yaki Box, a Japanese cooking set. It's a great design but he's only selling three a week.

06.17 – 09.23

The tycoons aren't impressed when David demonstrates his product on the high street. They set a two-week agenda to improve his sales – to identify the target market, improve direct sales, get more publicity, and get the product into stores.

09.24 – 10.47

David goes to GQ magazine to find out about his 'market group'.

10.48 – 13.50

At a garden centre in Chelsea, Sarah helps David improve his sales technique. He soon sells a Yaki Box to one of his target customers.

13.51 – 16.39

Sarah and David visit an exhibition and meet a buyer from Selfridges. She gives him plenty to think about, especially concerning safety issues.

16.40 – 20.19

Michael helps promote theYaki Box in the national media. A journalist from Metro, a free morning newspaper aimed at commuters, agrees to include it in a summer food feature.

20.20 – 23.46

David meets a buyer at House of Fraser. He has resolved the safety issues and is prepared to negotiate over the price. The buyer agrees to give the Yaki Box a trial in their Oxford Street store.
