K is for Martin Luther King and the civil rights movement. Explains the genesis of the civil rights movement in America. Shows how Anthony Thomas (Hip Hop Generation UK) and Paul Elliott (Show Racism the Red Card) are applying King's principles today.

L is for lyrics. Looks at the characteristics of the best protest songs. Features contributions from Nerina Pallot (singer/songwriter) and Paul Stokes (New Musical Express).

M is for Mahatma Ghandi. Labour peer, Lord Bhikhu Parekh describes how Ghandi helped to change Indian society in the 1940s by promoting civil disobedience and peaceful refusal. Student Sachin Nanda talks about the potential to use Ghandi's approach in the Middle East.

N is for naked. Explores the use of, reactions to, problems with, and willingness to undertake, naked protests. Shows 18-year-old Rhian Owens staging her first naked protest.
