00:00 – 07:03 Monday
It's a typical day, and Natashia is organising breakfast for the younger kids. She's had to cope with Kerry's bouts of depression since she was very young and hasn't had a normal teenage life. Life's about to change, because she's planning to move out and live with her boyfriend Ricky once their baby arrives, and she's doing a course so she can get a job.
07:04 – 09:32 Tuesday
Kerry's marrying her fiancé on Saturday, and she's confident that with his support she'll be able to manage the children without Natashia's help. Natashia's not totally convinced that Kerry's up to the job.
09:33 – 12:40 Wednesday
College is a lifeline for Natashia. While she's there, Kerry gets stuck into some housework and the younger kids give her a hand. Kerry wonders how well Natashia and Ricky will cope once they move in together.
12:41 – 15:43 Thursday
Natashia and Ricky grab a bit of undisturbed time together and go fishing. Natashia thinks they'll be fine when they live together and that Ricky will be a good dad. He's asked her to marry him in a year or two, and they're planning a future together.
15:44 – 18:12 Friday
There's a lot to do for the wedding tomorrow. Natashia wants her mum to be more like a mother to her and to support her when she has a baby of her own. She wants to show Kerry that she loves her despite all the problems they've had along the way.
18:14 – 21:19 Saturday
It's Kerry's wedding day, and all goes smoothly – once Natashia's dashed back home for a forgotten CD. Kerry wants Natashia to have some of the teenage fun she's missed out on and plans to help her out when the new baby arrives.
21:20 – 25:00 Sunday
Natashia and Kerry learn a lot about each other from watching the film, and Natashia realises that Kerry really can cope without her. From now on they'll have a more equal relationship and be able to show their love for each other more easily.
