01:03 – 01:38

Dr Rachel Andrew is introduced. She will work with Mikki for three months.

01:39 – 07:39

Rachel meets with Mikki and her mother who tells us that she is supposed to be educating Mikki at home. We also learn about her mother's illness.

07:40 – 10:26

Mikki is ignoring her own health and appearance. Her mother describes the situation at home and they both discuss their violent history.

10:27 – 14:01

Mikki and her mother are preparing to move. They discuss their relationship and it seems that her mother's illness is at the root of their difficulties.

14:02 – 17:00

Rachel asks Mikki to think of her new house as a fresh start, and to visualise what she would like to leave behind in the old house. This proves to be very positive as Mikki is beginning to realise how she could change.

17:01 – 20:16

Rachel discovers Mikki's football skills. She starts going to the gym and works with a personal trainer who emphasises the importance of keeping fit. Rachel prepares a fitness chart for Mikki to encourage her, and gives her a certificate.

20:17 – 23:10

Rachel takes Mikki to meet the England Ladies' Football Team. They give her advice and she has a training session with them. This helps Mikki to see where she wants to go and she feels things are improving.

23:11 – 23:45

We see Mikki and her mother spending quality time together at the Charlton Athletic ground, watching an international match.
