PROGRAMME 3: MIKKI
Mikki is 14 and lives with her disabled mother in north London. She lacks self-esteem and has not been to school for some time. Dr Rachel Andrew, a clinical psychologist, will work with her for three months.
PROGRAMME AIMS
To raise awareness of:
- other people's experiences and points of view
- how others see them and how their words and actions can lead to misunderstanding and relationship breakdown
- the importance of keeping fit
- the need to change.
