A heroic adventure story. Kezzie leaves her home on the west coast of Scotland to go in search of her younger sister, Lucy. She makes the journey across the Atlantic to Canada alone but, helped by the McMaths who befriend her, she is reunited with Lucy at last. Kezzie is now torn: she'd dearly love to stay with Lucy but knows she must return to her grandfather. (10+)
