You will need...

Try this...
Cream the margarine and sugar together. Beat in the flavouring and carrot.
Fold in the flour. Drop spoonfuls of the mixture into small greased patty pans. Sprinkle the tops with sugar.
Ask a grown-up to heat up the oven to a brisk heat (Gas Mark 4, 400°F or 200°C) and put them in for you. Cook for about 20 minutes.
